Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our courier's website to track your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To start a return, contact our support team and we'll guide you through the process — no questions asked.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within Pakistan. Express delivery options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Orders placed before 2 PM are typically dispatched the same day.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. Please contact us immediately via email or phone if you need to make adjustments.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 5,000. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee applies which will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available across all major cities in Pakistan.
